Good morning and happy Friday to you. It is the first week of the month and you know what that means. It’s time to do the numbers. April was another great month for the local market in which we are continuing to see home sales outpace new homes coming on the market. With April being one of the most popular months to visit St George, we should also see another uptick in sales for May and even into June which should outpace 2015 numbers. Here are some of the highlights this month:

           

            Homes SOLD $200,000- $250,000 increased 21.3% Year to Date

            Average sales price increased 5.94% Year to Date

            Sold listings increased 8.4% Year to Date
