The trends continue!

 

·        Inventory levels continue to decrease as homebuyers remain very active

o   Inventory (absorption rate) is at 4.36 months

o   Inventory down 25.31% YTD

o   Average Days on Market down 11% YTD

 

·        Great news this month for buyers looking for a home:

o   New Listings saw a big jump, especially in the $150,000-$250,000 range

o   Interest rates remain low!

 

·        Great news this month for homeowners:

o   Average Sale Price increased 5.76% YTD

o   Sold Listings have increased 8.7% YTD
