I hope your weekend is treating you well! It is the first part of the month and you know what that means. It’s time to do the numbers.

September saw a decrease in sales compared with September of 2015. Sales decreased by 4.5% which is attributed to a lack of inventory in listings under $150,000. As prices continue to rise, many buyers are simply priced out of the market.

The cooler temps and the increased number of events happening in town will be noticeable for the rest of the month and up to the holiday season. This should keep inventory levels low through that time and continue to boost prices up.
